IT Team Lead - Cape TownFull job descriptionWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FORProvide first line IT support to MD’s and GM’s.Provide first line assistance for MD’s Video Conferencing setup requirements.Assist staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve challenges after hours.Delegation of Service Requests and Incidents to support teamEnsure monthly reporting feedback is accurate, timely and comprehensive.Asset Management and Reporting of IT AssetsResponsible for endpoint Antivirus & Backup Application - Deployment and SupportPrioritise calls and attend to calls in order of prioritisations well as second line support to escalated matters.Provide support and maintenance to all Conference Equipment and boardroomsResponsible for clocking system support and maintenanceResponsible for all IT operationsWHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVENQF 6/Diploma qualification in Information Technology.Degree in Information Technology would be advantageous.Minimum of 3 years’ IT Experience as a Senior Desktop Support TechnicianMinimum of 3 Years’ Experience working with Windows Operating System (Windows 10 & 11)Minimum of 3 Years’ Experience working with Endpoint protectionMinimum of 3 Years’ Experience working with Encryption (Safeguard / Bitlocker)Code B Drivers licenseExtensive knowledge in MS OfficeVideo Conferencing & Audio (AV)Surveillance equipment and relevant technologyExcellent Communications skillsExcellent Troubleshooting skillsA flexible, independent and analytical thinker with thoroughness and tenacity.CONTACT INFORMATIONFrancois Langeveld: 021 850 2477.
