
TECHNICAL SALES REP

- Develop new business through cold calls, site visits, and product demonstrations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with expert guidance and solutions.
- Prepare accurate and competitive quotations with timely follow-ups.
- Plan and manage your territory effectively to meet monthly sales and GP targets.
- Conduct on-site demonstrations of welding machinery and tools.
- Manage backorders and deliveries to exceed customer expectations.
- Maintain sales data and reports via Repsly or similar CRM tools.
- Matric (minimum); Tertiary qualification in technical or commercial field is an advantage.
- 5+ years proven sales experience in welding, hydraulics, fabrication, gas, or tooling sectors.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Valid Code 8 drivers license with reliable own transport.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with industrial safety standards and procedures.
