-Diagnose and do repairs on vehicles.
-Assist other Technicians with diagnostics.
-Ordering correct parts first time round to complete job.
-Adhere to company SOP’s.
-Comply with Company minimum tool requirements.
-Workshop housekeeping always at 100% and in line with Toyota requirements.
-Completion of job cards within 24 hours
-Assit front line staff with booking and recieving of vehicles.
-Accurate completion of daily reports and technician diary.
-Allocation of job cards to all technicians.
-Follow up on parts on order and liase with Parts and customers on all work in progress.
-Ensure the correct and timeous ordering of all customer order parts.
-Ensure pre picking of parts carried out for all booked work
-Ensure that Toyota warranty processes and procedures are followed correctly by all technicans.
-Ensure customer satisfaction is at 100% and all queries are attended to timeously.
-Ensure proper communication regarding jobs in progress.
-Test vehicles with customers to confirm problem areas.Requirements:-Trade certificate Qualified Toyota Master Technician
-Technical experience
-Totally service minded and service orientated
-To be computer literate
-Availability to work after hours, weekends and public holidays should this be necessary.
-Proven knowledge of methods, materials, tools and techniques used in the repair of vehicles.
-Excellent /good working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
