- Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages.
- Direct company guest and suppliers to the appropriate staff members.
- Maintain a general filing system and file correspondence.
- Assist in preparation of meetings, conferences and telecoms.
- Provide word processing and secretarial support.
- Making business travel arrangements for directors and staff.
- Maintain adequate inventory office supplies.
- Maintain company car logbook.
- Supervise the cleaner and driver on their daily duties and responsibilities.
- Liaise with vendors related to office admin duties (e.g. Vodacom to issue out company cellphone(s) to staff members with such benefit(s)).
- Liaise with travel agents and Visa agents on International travels and Visas for Directors.
- Maintain records of all office equipments.
- Assist the director and senior staff members with all secretarial work.
- Communicate on international level with potential clients.
