Job Summary We are seeking a motivated Support & Sales Technician to join our team in Kempton Park. This hybrid role combines IT support with sales, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving while also growing client relationships and business opportunities. Responsibilities: Provide first-line and onsite support for IT systems. Install, configure & maintain: VoIP, Microsoft Exchange, Firewalls (Mikrotik & others), CCTV, network cabling & infrastructure. Troubleshoot hardware, software & networking issues. Resolve support tickets via phone, email & onsite visits. Identify and pursue sales opportunities during client interactions. Upsell additional services, rentals & solutions. Generate leads, maintain client relationships & meet sales targets. Requirements: 2+ years' experience in IT support. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, VoIP, Exchange & Firewalls. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with ability to identify client needs. Self-motivated, independent & team-oriented. Valid driver's license & reliable transport.
