We're looking for a motivated and professional Front Desk Co-Ordinator & Back-Up Beauty Therapist to support a busy, high-end salon in the Sunninghill area. This dual role is ideal for someone who thrives in both admin and hands-on client service. About the Role: This is a hybrid position combining front-of-house excellence with hands-on therapy support. You will: Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage bookings Provide accurate treatment and service information Perform beauty treatments when needed (back-up therapist) Assist with stock control and retail product sales Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiable): Beauty Therapy Diploma (ITEC / CIDESCO / SAAHSP) 3+ years' experience in beauty treatments (facials, waxing, nails, massage, etc.) Strong admin/front desk skills (bookings, calls, payments) Proficiency with ESP, MS Office, and Salon Solutions Excellent customer service and communication Strong retail knowledge and sales experience Key Competencies: Friendly, professional and well-groomed Excellent verbal & written communication Organised with great time management skills Calm under pressure and proactive Knowledge of nail & beauty technology treatments Reliable and works well in a team environment Salary & Benefits: Competitive basic salary and comm(based on experience).
