Providing quality customer service through sales at every instance, promoting products and services whilst stimulating revenue for the businessQualificationsWork Experience:
- 6- 12 months Sales Experience
- Proven Experience in delivering excellent customer services to internal and external customers
- Experience within an outbound sales environment
- Superior oral and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Multitasking skills - system & platforms
- Computer proficiency including : Email, web applications and contact management software
- Typing skill
- Having a true passion for identifying sales opportunities to maintain and build our Clients
- The successful candidate will have a proven track record within a sales role, strong
needs quickly to grasp every opportunity to retain customers, and/or close new business
opportunities
- The role involves providing the customer with knowledgeable information by identifying
- Outbound Customers and Colleagues escalated sales.
- Queries to identify, qualify and close new business and renewal opportunities
- Understanding customer’s reasons for exploring cancellation, addressing these positively,
retaining their business.
- Striving for First Call Resolution, on every contact
- Working closely with service colleagues to raise service standards through escalating
sharing best practice.
- Undertaking other customer administration and product processing activities as necessary
- Proactively developing your customer service skill and knowledge, applying best practice
performance Complying with all our clients required standard of sales/service excellence
and best practice, operating effectiveness and legal and regulatory requirements
- Taking correct information, asking the right questions, and offer the solutions that leave
- Provide an excellent customer experience to our customers and ensure engagement with
improve their customer experience through sales.
- Making outbound calls. Representing the company in a positive light. Building and
maximising sales.
