A stunning Safari Lodge is looking for a RELIEF MANAGEMENT COUPLE to support the existing team.This is an intimate, exclusive-use property, featuring 5 en-suite luxury rooms. Situated on the border with Botswana close to the Kalahari Desert, Madikwe Game Reserve is the fifth-largest game reserve in South Africa. As one of the lesser-known reserves, this hidden gem is regarded as one of the best conservation areas in Africa and offers visitors a Big 5 safari experience over 750km².Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in 4/5-star properties
Own transport and a valid driver's license
Ability to manage a team and their time effectively
Creative, out-of-the-box thinking and problem-solving skills
Outgoing personalities with excellent guest-hosting skills

His Role:

FGASA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred) with all guiding qualifications current and paid
Any trails qualifications are advantageous
First Aid Level 1
General maintenance skills and knowledge
Fluent in spoken and written English

Her Role:

Strong hosting skills
Proficient in PAN and MS Office
Basic administration skills
Fluent in spoken and written English

Package:

Accommodation and food allowance
6 weeks on, 2 weeks off cycle
21 days of annual leave
Uniform
Provident fund after 3 months
