- Deliver personalised, practical compliance guidance to regional clients.
- Conduct webinars, workshops, and one-on-one sessions focused on relevant regulatory frameworks.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and retain client relationships.
- Generate insightful, compliance-focused reports and feedback.
- Contribute to a supportive regional team culture focused on high performance and mutual success.
- A degree in Law, Accounting, Finance, or a related field (FSCA-recognised qualifications a plus).
- Registered as a Category I Compliance Officer with the FSCA is desirable, but not mandatory.
- Experience in financial services or compliance advisory (ideally within the FAIS/FICA/POPIA/NCA environment).
- Excellent client-facing, facilitation, and communication skills.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to go the extra mile, with a bias for action.
- Valid driver's license (for regional engagement and travel).
