Experience: 5+ years in data analysis/mining and 3+ years in BI report writing (e.g., SSRS).
Financial Acumen: Proven experience and a strong understanding of financial reporting.
Technical Proficiency:

Advanced SQL query writing skills.
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience with an ETL tool like SSIS.
Education: Grade 12/Matric.
Professional Skills:

Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationships.
Must have reliable transport and be criminally and credit clear.

Nice-to-Haves:

Qualifications: A Diploma/Higher qualification in corporate or management finance; MS BI or Data Analytics certification.
Advanced BI Experience:

2+ years in data warehouse design.
3+ years developing Power BI solutions.
2+ years designing and developing MS SSAS tabular models.
Experience with DAX scripting.
Additional Technical Skills:

Intermediate C# experience.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Experience as an MS SQL DBA.
