B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)RemotePermanentAbout the roleWe are looking for an energetic and results-driven B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. The SDR will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by identifying and qualifying prospects through outbound outreach. This is a high-activity role suited for individuals who are passionate about sales, curious by nature, and thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments.What you'll do
  • Proactively identify and engage with potential B2B clients via cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Qualify leads based on specific criteria and schedule discovery meetings for the Account Executive or Sales Team.
  • Understand and articulate the company's value proposition to potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely data.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaign initiatives and share insights from outreach.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for outreach and qualified opportunities.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge.
Requirements1+ years of experience in a similar B2B SDR or sales-related role.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Confident making cold calls and engaging with stakeholders across different industries.Organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and prospecting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo).Comfortable working towards and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.Experience selling SaaS or other tech solutions (desirable).Understanding of lead generation and B2B sales processes (desirable).Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required) (desirable).BenefitsWhat we offer
