- Maintain and develop relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance
- Recommending solutions
- Visiting and quoting customers
- Following up on quotations
- Prepare reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information
- Maintain quality service by enforcing company standards
- Invoicing customers
- Ordering stock
- Assisting with deliveries when required
- Following up on customer back orders
- Updating customer and visits on Repsly
- Cold Calling
- Arranging and conducting demos on welding machines
- Attending to all job-related administration
- Meet monthly targets and GPs as discussed by Management Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- Tertiary Qualification: Will be advantageous.
- 5 Years experience in a similar role
- Code 8 driver’s licence
- Experience in the welding industry
- Knowledge of Repsly
- Problem solving skills
- Ability to adapt to environment
- Time management
- Attention to detail
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
