- Manage and update the shared training calendar in Outlook.
- Communicate with Area Managers to allocate training dates and report findings.
- Provide regular activity reports, including customer feedback and market insights.
- Assist in planning training schedules, installation timelines, and follow-ups.
- Deliver training according to the set calendar.
- Conduct on-site and classroom-based training, including kitchen, laundry, and housekeeping.
- Ensure training is delivered on time and to a high standard.
- Identify opportunities for growth and contribute to generating sales leads.
- Represent the company at trade shows, customer meetings, and networking events.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
