- Azure, AWS, Private Cloud
- Data security & privacy handling
- DIVA, iStore, ADGR, Active Directory/LDAP
- Programming: Java, Python, Perl
- International team coordination & ITIL processes
- Web application operations & maintenance
- Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
- Certifications: ITIL, Scrum, Scrum Master, Storage, OS (advantageous)
- 4+ years in IT operations, storage, Scrum, VDI & OS
- Design & maintain VDI solutions aligned with BMW standards
- Develop Ansible playbooks for hybrid cloud deployments
- Drive VDI automation, onboarding, and cloud strategy
- Monitor, optimize, and report on VDI performance
- Support cloud migration and application owners
- Manage ITSM processes, documentation, and security
- Coordinate contractors and moderate operations meetings
- Weekend availability for change implementations
