Dispatch Coordinator - Kraaifontein, Cape Town R15 000 Per Month, Medical & ProvidentMain Job Tasks and ResponsibilitiesOrganise and communicate with bulk and local outsource deliveries.Communicate with customers regarding orders, ETAs and late deliveries.Ensure documentation for transport and deliveries are completed and filed.Handle customer queries - incorrect dispatch of deliveries.Communicate roadmap, directions and contact details with customers.Prepare waybills for bulk and local outsource deliveries.Assist customers with collections and deliveries as required.Check stock to assist pickers and escalate discrepancies to Warehouse Supervisor.Organise and communicate with customers for the transportation of returns and credits.Support with picking, packing and stock counts as required.Participate in HSE activities, housekeeping and pro-active reporting.Participate in operation excellence and continuous improvement activities.Education minimum required skills/qualificationMinimum qualification: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification3+ years working experience in dispatchExcellent communication skills: Afrikaans and English (written and verbal)Valid forklift license with experience of drivingValid SA drivers license and reliable transportProficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systemsSAP experience advantageousStrong sense of time management and prioritisationAble to work independently and within a teamExcellent numeracy and problem-solving skillsExcellent leadership and organisational skillsCustomer orientatedEmployment offerWorking hours: Monday to Thursday 08h00-17h00, and Friday 08h00-16h00.Permanent employment, subject to probation period of three (3) months
