Job Summary A leading supplier of innovative flexible packaging solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead its human resources function. Serving industries such as food, fresh produce, industrial, and retail, the company values sustainability, service excellence, and operational efficiency. This strategic, hands-on role involves overseeing HR policies, employee relations, payroll, compliance, performance management, and training. The HR Manager will play a key role in driving business growth within a collaborative HR business partner environment. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals • Manage onboarding and workforce planning • Drive performance review and improvement processes • Ensure legal compliance with labour laws and employment equity • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures • Maintain HR policies, procedures, and company documentation • Lead training, skills development, and wellness initiatives • Oversee payroll function and reporting, including statutory compliance (UIF, PAYE, SDL) • Manage EE and Skills Development reporting Requirements: • Qualification in HR or Industrial Psychology • 5+ years' generalist HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or packaging • Strong knowledge of labour legislation and payroll systems • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills • Integrity and professionalism • Afrikaans speaking Role is based in Modderfontein
