The company is well supported by strong shareholders and a board of directors with vast experience in entrepreneurship and lending.The South African entity is recruiting for a Recoveries Agent to be part of their growing team. The successful candidate should have great interpersonal skills, great listener, attention to detail and target driven. We are looking for an individual that will leave no stone unturned in their quest for excellence in team performance and overall team wellbeing.Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for managing and recovering unpaid debts from our internal clients.
  • Monitoring and following up on outstanding debts.
  • Negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
  • Locate clients using external and internal sources.
  • Able to handle questions and complaints.
  • Able to work on a spreadsheet.
  • Make life easy for your peers and clients.
  • Collect by Unifi Values Unity, Dignity, Simplicity and Trust.
  • Ensure you achieve goals established.
  • Operates with urgency and meet targets.
  • Communicate both verbally and written.

Requirements:
  • Fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa (would be an advantage).
  • At least 1-years' experience in call center an agent.
  • Matric / Grade 12.
  • Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
