- Responsible for managing and recovering unpaid debts from our internal clients.
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding debts.
- Negotiating payment plans and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.
- Locate clients using external and internal sources.
- Able to handle questions and complaints.
- Able to work on a spreadsheet.
- Make life easy for your peers and clients.
- Collect by Unifi Values Unity, Dignity, Simplicity and Trust.
- Ensure you achieve goals established.
- Operates with urgency and meet targets.
- Communicate both verbally and written.
- Follow company procedures, policies and mandates.
- Fluent in English, Afrikaans, isiXhosa (would be an advantage).
- At least 1-years' experience in call center an agent.
- Matric / Grade 12.
- Exceptional organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
