If you excel at ensuring service mobilisation, demobilisation, and contract scope changes run smoothly, on time, and within budget — this is your next platform to lead.About the RoleYou’ll oversee the end-to-end delivery of mobilisation and demobilisation projects, ensuring contractual deliverables, operational readiness, governance compliance, and risk management are all met. You’ll serve as the single point of accountability with the client, maintaining strong relationships and driving cross-functional alignment.What You’ll DoManage all mobilisation/demobilisation deliverables for new contracts and scope changesEnsure services are implemented as per contractual agreements, SLAs, and commercial termsLead project management processes, governance, and risk controlOversee recruitment and staffing of servicesEnsure end-to-end readiness of IT, SAP, and Finance systemsDrive compliance with Health & Safety and governance principlesManage change control processes and address escalations professionallyMaintain strong client relationships throughout transitionsWhat You BringGeneral Management Degree or equivalent experience with Project Management background5–10 years’ relevant leadership experience in implementation/mobilisation rolesStrong business, financial, and asset management understandingGood knowledge of facilities management fundamentalsSolid grasp of SAP, MS Office, and project management toolsExcellent client relations, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skillsValid Code 8 driver’s licenceWhat Success Looks LikeSeamless mobilisation/demobilisation delivered first time, on time, and within budgetStrong governance, risk management, and compliancePositive client relationships and minimal service disruptionMotivated, aligned teams under your leadership
