  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term trust and loyalty.
  • Properly on boarding of new clients.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and digital platforms.
  • Manage and update client accounts
  • Troubleshoot and resolve non-complex technical issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate technical teams.
  • Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
  • Monitor client satisfaction metrics and initiate follow-ups to address concerns before they escalate.
  • Provide clear and concise product training to new clients, including basic technical walkthroughs.
  • Identify and act on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
  • Compile and present regular reports on client trends, service performance, and recurring technical issues.
Qualifications
  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
  • Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a technical field.
Skills
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a client services role within a technical industry.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Drivers license
