- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering long-term trust and loyalty.
- Properly on boarding of new clients.
- Respond to inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and digital platforms.
- Manage and update client accounts
- Troubleshoot and resolve non-complex technical issues and escalate complex matters to the appropriate technical teams.
- Coordinate with engineers, technicians, and operations staff to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and initiate follow-ups to address concerns before they escalate.
- Provide clear and concise product training to new clients, including basic technical walkthroughs.
- Identify and act on opportunities for upselling or cross-selling based on client needs.
- Compile and present regular reports on client trends, service performance, and recurring technical issues.
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential).
- Diploma in Business Administration, Customer Service, or a technical field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a client services role within a technical industry.
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
