- Own and execute a results-driven marketing strategy
- Lead multi-channel lead generation including PPC, SEO, social, partnerships, email, and content
- Oversee the end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms while driving innovation
- Collaborate with directors to align marketing with commercial priorities
- Track performance metrics (leads, CPL, SEO, email engagement, etc.) and iterate accordingly
- Support localised marketing efforts to boost franchise growth
- Optimise digital performance and conversion through website and campaign improvements
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role
- Proven success in delivering growth through multi-channel campaigns (PPC, SEO, content)
- Experience in property, lifestyle, or professional services sectors preferred
- Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills
- Highly proactive, self-starting, and comfortable in a small, ambitious team
- Deep empathy for the customer journey and conversion process
