Generate leads and follow up with potential buyers through calls, emails, and showroom visits.
Conduct test drives and explain vehicle features and benefits to customers.
Negotiate pricing and financing options to close deals effectively.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the dealership’s inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
Provide exceptional after-sales service and build long-term client relationships.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Process sales documentation and ensure compliance with dealership and legal requirements.Requirements:Experience: Minimum 2-6 years in vehicle sales (new or pre-owned)
Education: Matric Certificate (relevant sales qualification is an advantage)
Driver’s License: Valid Code 8 (Essential)
Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
