The Human Resources Intern supports the HR department in various administrative, recruitment, and employee relations tasks. This role provides practical exposure to HR processes, policies, and workplace management while working under the guidance of experienced HR professionals.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist with the recruitment process, including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews.Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.Support onboarding processes for new employees, including preparing induction materials.Assist in organising training sessions, workshops, and employee engagement activities.Help with payroll administration support (if required).Respond to general HR-related queries from staff.Assist in compiling HR reports and statistics.Provide administrative support for HR projects and day-to-day operations.RequirementsEducation: Currently studying towards or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Experience: No prior work experience required; exposure to HR or administration is an advantage.Skills:Good organisational and administrative skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Attention to detail and accuracy in work.Ability to maintain confidentiality.Other:Professional and approachable attitude.Willingness to learn and adapt to a professional environment.Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.MARKET RELATED SALARY.The post appeared first on .
