PLATTEKLOOF, CAPE TOWNSALARIES:
Junior: R18 000,00 - R25 000,00ctc per month (Slightly negotiable - depending on experience)
Intermediate: R25 000,00 - R40 000,00ctc per month (Slightly negotiable - depending on experience)
Senior: R45 000,00 – R60 000,00ctc per month (Slightly negotiable - depending on experience)We're looking for 3x skilled Quantity Surveyors - Junior, Intermediate, and Senior levels - to join a dynamic team tackling diverse projects across the building and construction environment!If you're passionate about precision, thrive in collaborative spaces, and bring strong commercial awareness, we’d love to hear from you!Minimum requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying (BTech or BSc)
- Professional registration, or eligible to register: REQUIRED
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and cost estimating software
- Minimum of 1 year’s relevant experience (Junior), 3–5 years (Intermediate), and 6+ years (Senior)
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and time management skills
