- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, pediatric facilities, and specialty clinics.
- Develop customized proposals that highlight our subspecialty expertise and operational advantages.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through contract execution.
- Collaborate with operations and clinical leadership to ensure proposals align with service capabilities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including medical directors, C-suite executives, and radiology department heads.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on how we can improve workflow, turnaround times, and subspecialty coverage.
- Coordinate smooth onboarding handoffs to account management and client success teams.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings in teleradiology.
- Provide feedback to leadership for service enhancement and market positioning.
- Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase visibility and build brand credibility.
- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- 3+ years of sales experience in healthcare services, preferably in radiology, imaging, or telemedicine.
- Proven track record of generating and closing new business in B2B healthcare.
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, specialty service needs, and medical decision-making processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup).
- Established network of hospital executives, radiology directors, or specialty clinic administrators.
- Familiarity with pediatric and subspecialty radiology workflows, PACS systems, and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Number of new contracted facilities and accounts.
- Monthly and quarterly sales growth.
- Contract close rate and average sales cycle length.
- Client satisfaction and retention of acquired accounts.
