Job Summary Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote and sell new vehicles across both franchise brands.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend suitable options.
  • Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
  • Manage the entire sales process from enquiry to delivery, ensuring excellent customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership profitability.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge across both brands, including features, specifications, and finance options.
  • Build and maintain lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
  • Complete all administrative tasks including quotations, contracts, and finance applications accurately.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience within the motor industry (new vehicle sales preferred).
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple brand portfolios effectively.
  • Valid driver’s licence.
