Job Summary Duties and Responsibilities: * Reception duties including, answering and screening calls, dealing with courier, recipting documents served at the office, purchasing stock and other necessities for running the office, attending to clients what come to the office. * Assisting with general running and functioning of the office. * Filing, photocopying, scanning and general office duties. Skills & Knowledge: * Computer literate. * Fully conversant in English. * Ability to work under pressure. * Ability to take instructions from senior management. * Ability to handle information and confidentiality. * Good organizational skills.
