- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure alignment in client expectations and service delivery.
- Track and report on sales metrics and client feedback to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and grow the business network.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development or sales within the recruitment industry.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Solid understanding of recruitment processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client relationships.
