The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, client relationship management, and generating new business opportunities within the recruitment sector.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales by identifying and securing new clients within target industries.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Promote and sell recruitment services, understanding client hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Stay up to date with industry trends and market insights.
Requirements:Proven sales experience in the recruitment industry (essential).
Strong business development and client acquisition skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
A positive and professional attitude.
