- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the adhesives and fillers market.
- Identify new business opportunities, including prospecting for new customers and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Actively manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and close deals efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their business needs and offering personalized solutions.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring satisfaction with products and services.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of adhesives and fillers, their applications, and benefits.
- Offer technical advice and product demonstrations to clients, helping them choose the most appropriate products for their requirements.
- Stay current with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management on a regular basis.
- Handle order processing, quotations, and follow-up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Work closely with marketing, technical support, and logistics teams to ensure that sales strategies align with business goals.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve products, services, and overall customer experience.
- Continuously develop product knowledge and sales skills.
- Attend relevant training programs and industry events to stay updated on trends and technical advancements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proven track record of 3+ years in a sales role, preferably within the adhesives, fillers, or related industries (e.g., construction, automotive, manufacturing).
- Experience in B2B sales and working with technical products is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management and developing long-term business partnerships.
- Strong knowledge of adhesives and fillers products, their applications, and the industries they serve.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to present technical information in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-focused approach to sales.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Results-driven with a passion for sales.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Willingness to travel as needed for customer visits and industry events.
