A hands-on, experienced Head of Online Sales (or Sales Team Lead) who is passionate about coaching, developing talent, and leading from the front. You will need to bring strong structure, clear processes, and day-to-day mentorship to a young team that's eager to succeed but in need of guidance. This role is fully remote, and ideal for someone based within ±3 hours of CET.What will you do?Lead, train, and mentor the sales team through daily roleplays and feedback sessionsReview sales calls and provide actionable, constructive inputDevelop and refine sales scripts and sales processesDrive your own sales to stay product-aware and model best practiceInstill accountability and structure in the team's daily sales approachWhat do you need?5+ years of sales experience, with at least 3 in a leadership roleExperience working with sales frameworks and structured methodologiesConfidence using Excel or Google SheetsA strong coaching and mentorship track recordExperience writing and optimising sales scriptsA proactive, fast-paced, and results-driven mindsetExcellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership styleLocated within ±3 hours of Central European Time
