Performs administrative applications related to the provision of clerical, secretarial/telephonist
and reception service, processing/updating information, issuing completing and submitting
procedural forms, communicating, and establishing the nature of enquiries/queries and
forwarding for attention and attending to specific office support applications.
Key Responsibility AreasAttends to application of specific administrative applications/ procedures which is
inclusive of issuing forms for completion, conducting stock counts and maintaining the
technical library.
Performs specific tasks/ activities associated with the provision of a secretarial service
to the department.
Performs a receptionist/ telephonist function and call centre applications for the
department.
Processes transactional information on specific computerized applications and
completes forms, schedules, and documents.
