An established chemical manufacturer is looking for a detail-oriented Procurement & Stock Controller to join their team.This role is crucial to maintaining smooth operations — from sourcing raw materials to managing inventory and supporting production.What You’ll DoHandle the procurement of raw materials (both local & international) and build strong supplier relationships.Work closely with the Factory Manager to confirm orders and ensure timely deliveries.Track international shipments and manage COD supplier payments.Process supplier orders, credits, and returns.Maintain accurate stock levels, perform adjustments, and transfer stock between stores.Load production data and receipts on the Pastel system.Keep product and cost masters up to date.Prepare weekly stock and sales reports for management.What They’re Looking ForStrong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.Solid experience in procurement, stock control, or similar role.Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance would be an advantage.Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.To apply, send your CV to info@pro-match.co.za with “Procurement & Stock Controller – Germiston” in the subject line.
