- Expertise in multi-sector, international, and high-touch itinerary planning
- Strong GDS proficiency (Amadeus preferred; cross-training available)
- Impeccable attention to detail, zero tolerance for error
- Sales-orientated mindset; ability to work to targets and unlock client growth
- Ability to offer value-added service and exceed client expectations proactively
- Calm, composed, and professional when handling last-minute changes or travel disruptions
- Operates with absolute discretion and complete confidentiality
- Actively contribute to a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and mutual support
- Share updates on product knowledge, destination insights, and supplier promotions
- Participate in industry training, events, and after-hours networking opportunities

- Identify opportunities to grow client portfolios and generate additional value through referrals, cross-sell, and up-sell strategies
