Assistant Store Manager needed in Port Elizabeth in the Walmer areaOur client in the retail industry is currently seeking bright, bubbly, and energetic staff to join their team.Requirements (Non-negotiable):-Must have Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail store. Preferably someone who worked with linen, cutlery or crockery.-Matric-Clear criminal record-Must be hardworking, punctual, friendly and maintain professionalism-Retail experience-Must live in Port Elizabeth and can travel easily to WalmerAssistant Store Manager responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff
  • Review staff performance and offer constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with team leads on setting and achieving team-specific goals
  • Purchase inventory based on current trends, availability of new products and customer interest
  • Display merchandise to maximize purchasing appeal
  • Organize sales and product demonstrations
  • Write sales and customer reports and make recommendations for improvements
  • Interact with customers and resolve complaints or grievances
