Lead Business Analyst

• Lead, coach and support a team of Business Analysts in Agile teams.
• Conduct performance reviews, skills assessments and training plans for BA team members.
• Oversee the elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of business and system requirements.
• Collaborate with product owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Testers and stakeholders.
• Implement Agile maturity across the team, supporting ceremonies like backlog grooming, spring planning and retrospectives.
• Ensure high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria and process models are maintained across teams

• Tertiary Business qualifications, related B Degree or/and Business Analysis courses
• 5+ years' experience in business analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• 10+ years' experience of writing software functional specifications and business requirements
• 5+ years' experience with business analysis in the field of application (software) design
• 5+ years working practical knowledge of modern technologies, such as database design, SQL development, API design setup, workflow designs and data analysis
• 3+ years functional and data testing experience
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
