1+ years experience within an agency environment or similar role
Solid understanding of design best practices across different platforms, including social media and digital advertising
Demonstrated experience in video editing, animation, and motion graphics is essential
Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Mailchimp, and Canva
Knowledge of UI/UX design principles will be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail with a strong sense of visual storytelling
Strong communication and collaboration skills to thrive within a creative, team-oriented environment
