- Running projects at pace across our solutions, applying effective project management approaches and methodologies and providing hands on support and/or task assignment to client service team members
- Helping to shape project requirements, asking clarifying questions and challenging assumptions to reach the best solutions
- Explaining and adjusting existing headline solution processes as appropriate
- Projects are of a high standard, going above and beyond on delivery and/or insights produced
- Internal and External feedback on strength of analytical and problem solving skills within the context of projects (e.g. ability to deal with unexpected challenges effectively)
- Connecting with leadership across functions as a key point person to support activities and decision making with an Advanced Analytics (AA) point of view
- Establishing your profile and network to deliver AA benefits inside or outside of your team through day-to-day interactions
- Supporting impactful AA project delivery through direct interactions with clients
- Sharing a compelling point of view on technical and analytical standard methodologies, influencing peers and more junior team members to apply them in BAU and with an improvement and innovation lens.
- Projects are impactful as a result of productive collaborations across functions
- Work is presented convincingly to clients and promoted to internal groups outside of immediate team
- Project outcomes are highly aligned with client needs
- Observable positive team outcomes and interactions (e.g. improvements, knowledge sharing initiatives, study groups)

- Aligning analysis and analytical developments to the Worldpanel viewpoint, strength and strategy –(e.g. focussing on buyers/penetration), utilising and championing agreed global solutions and not re-creating similar approaches.
- Challenges which may impact delivery timelines are anticipated and resolved independently and proactively.
- Priorities and timelines are managed independently in line with team and business goals with mentorship from manager.
- Flexible approaches deployed to enable team to meet changing demands
- Ensuring the resolution of analytical issues that are brought up or that you identify across projects, pulling in more senior team members as appropriate
- Sourcing and analysing data and feedback to propose decisions that relate to your projects/priorities
- Making autonomous tactical decisions in your day-to-day job in the context of strategic direction from management and/or senior leadership
- Successfully resolves complex project issues that are called out.
- Seeks decision making guidance from more senior colleagues as needed.
- Makes and explains decisions which successfully manage conflicting priorities and create positive client experiences
- Talks with authority about our solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Simplifies complex concepts to increase understanding
- Discusses methodologies in-depth with other experts
- Leads team training sessions on our solutions and technical standard process
- Creating new packaged solutions largely independently with consultation with more senior members of the team
