Job Summary? Data Steward | PBT GroupAre you passionate about data and driven by analytical thinking? PBT Group is looking for a Data Steward to champion data governance and quality across the enterprise.In this role, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to define standards, resolve data issues, and ensure compliance-while using your critical thinking skills to drive meaningful insights and improvements.What You'll Do:

Develop and enforce data standards and processes.
Act as a proxy for business data owners.
Resolve data issues and guide strategic decisions.
Monitor data quality and optimize workflows.
Ensure regulatory compliance and data security.

What You'll Bring:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in data management, governance, and architecture.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and data life cycles.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Banking experience and ETL knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications:

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
DAMA-DMBOK certification is advantageous.
