Analyse supplier ageing, accruals, prepayments, and control accounts
Process international refunds and manage consolidated debtors
Maintain fixed asset registers
Support the Group FM in staff training and development
Prepare for annual audits
Implement and test new systems
Oversee and improve internal controls
Develop and maintain reporting tools
Ensure compliance with IFRS for SMEs
Prepare budgets and monthly audit files
Handle ad-hoc projects as requiredSkills & Experience
Proficient in Xero Accounting
Strong Excel capabilities
Excellent communication skills in English and AfrikaansQualification
