Job Summary? Key Responsibilities

? Manage and oversee the full inventory accounting function across multiple locations.
? Perform monthly inventory reconciliations and ensure accurate reporting.
? Analyze inventory variances and implement corrective actions.
? Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to optimize inventory processes.
? Prepare and present inventory-related financial reports to senior management.
✅ Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
? Support audits and assist with year-end financial processes.

? Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance (BCom or equivalent) ?
3–5 years’ experience in a full accounting function, with a strong focus on inventory ?
Experience in the retail or FMCG sector is highly advantageous ?️
Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) ?
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail ?
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ?️
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment ⚡
