RedCat Recruitment is seeking an experienced STORES MANAGER for a growing concern, position based in the Howick area, Kwazulu-Natal.REQUIREMENTSGrade 12.Relevant qualification/s.Valid drivers license / own reliable vehicle.Person must be able to speak, read and write English competently.Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet). Kanban experience ESSENTIAL!5+yrs previous experience in a similar position.To ensure the optimum storage, handling, stock control and dispatch of all consumables, components, finished goods and tools and jigs.Order management - Expedite orders timeously and minimise backorders and delivery delays.Coordinate with suppliers to maintain stock levels.Outsource management - prepare and check the outward work for each outsourcer, quality control the incoming completed work.Systems and administration - Ensure full compliance with all stores systems (Kanban) and administration procedures.Verify and process the necessary documentation.Quality - Ensure adherence to the required quality standards at each step of the manufacturing procedures.Stock control - Ensure stock levels are captured and correct; regulate according to demand and supply.
