  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in Senior Production/plant Management within Manufacturing
  • Proven track record leading operations achieving R3.5 million+ in monthly turnover
  • Experience overseeing daily operations, driving continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies
  • Strong Financial Acumen, Budget Management skills, and workplace safety expertise
