SD & EUC Graduate Intern

• Matric (Grade 12)
• National Diploma or Degree in an Infrastructure -related field (e.g. Systems Development, Computer Systems Engineering, Networks, Communication Systems etc.)
• Microsoft Office proficiency
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Solid interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
• Willing and able to work on-site in Pretoria
• Additional certifications will give you a competitive edge eg. Cisco Networking Academy Certifications (CCNA etc.); Microsoft Certifications (Microsoft 365, Azure Fundamentals etc.); CompTIA Certifications (A+, N+, Security + etc.); ITIL Foundation Certifications

• Deliver exceptional service and ensure end-user satisfaction for all assigned incidents
• Respond to and resolve support tickets effectively and efficiently
• Communicate professionally with both users and stakeholders
• Understand and support the range of applications and systems in the environment
