- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Source new clients and build long-term relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Property Sales & Leasing:
- Manage property listings, conduct viewings, and negotiate lease/sale agreements.
- Advise clients on pricing, lease terms, and market conditions.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Utilize company resources, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools to generate leads.
- Engage in networking, cold calling, and direct outreach to potential clients.
- Market & Industry Knowledge:
- Stay informed about commercial property trends, zoning regulations, and investment opportunities.
- Provide expert advice on leasing, property valuations, and market conditions.
- Minimum 12 months of experience as a Property Broker (commercial or industrial).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with the ability to close deals.
- Confident, self-motivated, and target-driven.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with C-level executives.
- Existing network within the commercial property sector is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team.
