Cost projects based on the scope identified by a strategy lead (we have a template)
Ensure timesheets are up to date (we use Xero for accounting and for projects)
Set up a dashboard to review project reporting
Automate tasks and processes wherever possible
Leverage software applications wherever possible (MS as primary, all devices are iOS)
