
Operations Manager (North West)

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the building, including security, cleaning, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Ensure health & safety compliance (OHS), conduct regular inspections, and implement preventative maintenance.
- Handle tenant liaison, resolve complaints, and coordinate installations or refurbishments.
- Manage third-party service providers, negotiate contracts, and control service quality and cost.
- Develop and enforce building policies and procedures aligned with company goals and compliance standards.
- Prepare and manage operational budgets, analyze cost recoveries, and oversee procurement and asset planning.
- Coordinate and implement security protocols, manning schedules, emergency procedures, and safety awareness.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships, ensuring timely delivery, value for money, and contract compliance.
- Lead, train, and appraise the operations team, ensuring alignment with performance standards and company culture.
- Optimized asset operations and reduced downtime

- Strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in Facilities or Operations Management, ideally in commercial property.
- Proven ability to lead operational teams, manage service providers, and implement best practices.
- Solid understanding of OHS standards, maintenance protocols, and property systems.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Tech-savvy with experience in property management systems and reporting tools.
