- The Leasing Administrator is responsible for overseeing, compiling and tracking of all specialised leases with regards to communications infrastructure located at all the properties in the company's portfolio nationally. This also includes monthly and annual forecasts & budgets.
- The Leasing Administrator is to process any leases and to ensure that all the information is accurate and logged onto the Company's database and filed appropriately.
- Working as a lease administrator means overseeing and ensuring that billing and all other financial transactions are being taken care of in a timely manner, informing and obtaining any other necessary information and documents such as FICA & credit requirements in order for the Landlord to sign off such lease.
- Business administrative functions are to run smoothly on a daily basis including but not limited to, general admin and filing, maintenance of all filling system (physical & electronic).
- Performs any other assistance as required.

- Advanced MS Office processing skills using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint - ability to format reports, work with tables, styles, spread-sheets, presentations, etc.
