Join a dynamic team where your skills will make a significant impact. The successful Candidate should have experience dealing with Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines providers.Responsibilities:
  • Short-Term Insurance Underwriting Administration and Claims Administration.
  • Must have comprehensive knowledge of Personal Lines and Commercial Lines products.
  • Administration Role includes:
  • Broker Assistant.
  • Servicing new and existing clients.
  • Policy maintenance.
  • Annual Renewal Process.
  • Claims Administration.
  • Client Retention.
  • Scheduling meetings.
  • Researching insurance policies and products.
  • Keeping detailed computer records.
  • Undertaking general administrative duties.
  • Marketing services.
Experience and Qualifications:
  • Matric.
  • FAIS qualifications: RE05, NQF4, Class of Business for Categories 1.2 and 1.6.
  • Must meet the FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
  • Qualified and experienced Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines administrator to service our existing client database.
  • Minimum 3 years advice experience, within the Short-Term Insurance industry.
Expectations:
  • Strong relationship building skills & able to service current client base.
  • Proficient in administration and high level of attention to detail.
  • Computer literate.
  • Must be able to function well under pressure.
  • Short-Term Insurance for Personal Lines and Commercial Lines Product Knowledge.
  • The successful Candidate will be well-presented, well-spoken, a team player, and possess excellent organisation and communication skills.
