The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services, including user management and security. We are an MSP company located in Menlyn, Pretoria, looking for a motivated individual to join our team.Position: Microsoft 365 Technician/AdministratorLocation: Menlyn, PretoriaResponsibilities:Administer and manage Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.Handle user account setup, management, and troubleshooting.Implement and monitor security measures for the Microsoft 365 environment.Assist in the migration of data and services to Microsoft 365.Provide technical support and training to end-users.Collaborate with IT team members to integrate Microsoft 365 with other systems and services.Keep abreast of new Microsoft 365 features and capabilities, and recommend improvements to our environment.Also assit with general MS Windows issues and troubleshootingQualifications:Strong understanding of computer systems, components, and software, particularly Windows OS.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Previous experience as a Microsoft 365 Administrator or similar role.Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications and services.Experience with PowerShell and basic scripting.Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Job Type: Full-timeAbility to commute/relocate:Pretoria, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
