This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on and experienced professional to join a fast-paced team known for quality cuisine and consistent excellence.DescriptionAs Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience across both of our client’s bustling venues. You will bring a solid understanding of fine dining and a la carte service, strong beverage knowledge, and an unrelenting focus on delivering top-tier service during high-volume trading hours.You will play a key role in team supervision, problem-solving on the floor, enforcing consistency in service delivery, and managing day-to-day administrative functions.The ideal candidate will be flexible to work across a variety of shift patterns, including split shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays, in alignment with the restaurant’s 7-day operational schedule.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable hospitality team where your contribution will be recognised and valued.   • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant management, preferably in a fine dining or high-volume environment
  • Strong knowledge of a la carte service and beverage offerings
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy essential – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Experience with POS systems like Pilot or Micros highly advantageous
  • Ability to work flexible hours and shifts
  • Start date: August/September
